I am a purpose-driven Executive Coach that helps leaders unlock their highest potential. I come to the table with over 20 years of business and executive leadership experience in animal and human health, including positions in three Fortune 500 companies, Zoetis, Pfizer, and Novartis. I am known for being a passionate and authentic leader committed to delivering exceptional business results in an empathetic and inclusive way. I am also known for my ability to coach leaders to overcome the myriad of challenges they face in the ever-changing world.
My innate and fundamental commitment to helping others surface their full potential inspired me to start my own company, Laura Olsen Coaching and Consulting.
